Our alter ego and creative classmate Hummus Bar appears at specialist events and brings the delights of halloumi falafel and hummus to the fore. We also bring out our saucy underbelly with the Skhug brothers (red = roast capsicum and chilli & green = coriander and chilli) as well as a garlic Toum.
